End SC/ST discrimination in institutes frame norms: SC

A bench of Justices A S Bopanna and M M Sundresh said that the issue of caste discrimination in educational institutions is very serious and sensitive and directed the UGC to brief the court within a month on steps to be taken by it to put an end to the practice.
